Vegetarian Buffalo Chicken Wrap

So, those of you who are close to me are aware that I’m going Vegetarian. I’m trying really hard to go Vegan but it’s difficult to get rid of all the dairy since it seems that dairy is in everything! But, in the meantime, I’m trying to come up with creative breakfast, lunches, and dinners which are completely Vegetarian. So, this is my newest creation. Read on for the rest…..

What You Will Need:

1 Flour Torilla (I’m using Mission Flour Tortillas)

Morningstar Farms Chik Patties, 1 Patty

Romaine Lettuce

1 Whole tomato

Marzetti Simply Dressed Ranch Dressing, 1 Tbsp

Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce, about 1 tbsp

What to do:

Microwave the chik patty according to directions, cut into strips

Coat strips in the Wing Sauce (measure to your taste)

Place strips on a whole flour tortilla

Cut tomato into pieces and place on tortilla

Top with lettuce


What I like about this:

This is a very substantial meal at 405 Calories and 15 grams of protein. If you haven’t tried the Morningstar farms products, I recommend it. Even if you’re not interested in going vegetarian/vegan, the nutrition on the soy based meats are much better than that of real meat.
